It’s the team, not the tool.

~/about

Creating bugs since 1999, back when you could read Hotmail in Lynx.

I’ve run mission-critical banking and trading systems, done business development and architecture in capital markets, and built or led more than 16 SaaS products. Some call that a jack of all trades. I call it an 80%-er.

What gets me going is making things work better: a slow process, an outdated system, or a team that isn’t working together. Right now that means agentic engineering, helping teams change how they build, not just which tools they pay for.
